Kashikei's water meters are cast, NC machined, plastic molded, assembled, and inspected at our four factories. In addition, Kashikei is the only company in Japan that repairs recovered meters and recycles and reuses them after disassembly. Our integrated production system allows each of our plants to work together quickly and efficiently to meet the requirements and wishes of our customers.
From Research to Manufacturing
Manufacturing in the IoT Era
With an R&D department as well as integrated production facilities, we are engaged in everything from the planning of new products required in the IoT age to the manufacturing of finished products. The hybrid meter developed by our company can remotely read water, detect water leakage, backflow, and wire breakage by attaching a wireless device, and has realized a drastic labor saving in meter reading work that requires a lot of manpower. We will continue to expand our manufacturing activities in the future with our industry-leading technologies, including the production of minute plastic parts for meter mechanisms.
