Kashihara Metal Works established
1963 Company name changed
To Kashihara Keiki Kogyo Co.
1971 Started meter reading operations.
This was the beginning of the development of meters that are easy to read.
1986 Japan's first 8-bit electronic water meter type approved.

- Kashihara Metal Works is established. Begins manufacture and sale of water meter parts.
- September 1963
- Company name changed to Kashihara Keiki Kogyo Co.
The second factory is established. Water meter repair business started. - August 1966
- Began water meter parts manufacturing business.

- Began water meter reading and replacement services
- September 1978
- Moved to newly built head office and factory
- April 1985
- Developed electronic water meter with built-in microcomputer
- June 1986
- Received type approval for electronic water meter from MITI.
- March 1987
- Developed automatic water meter reading device.

- Kanto Sales Department Chiba Sales Office established.
- November 1989
- Electronic calorimeter developed.

- Opened Kanagawa Sales Office, Kanto Sales Department
