Kashihara Keiki Kogyo Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "our company") is committed to company-wide information security based on the following policy to protect information assets entrusted by customers from accidents, disasters, crimes, and other threats, and to live up to the trust of customers and society.

1.Management's Responsibility

The management of our company shall take the initiative in systematically and continuously improving and enhancing information security.

2. Establishment of internal systems

Our company will establish an organization to maintain and improve information security, and define information security measures as official internal rules.

3.Efforts by Employees

employees of our company shall acquire the knowledge and skills required for information security and ensure that our information security efforts are solid.

4. Compliance with laws, regulations, and contractual requirements

We comply with laws, regulations, codes, and contractual obligations related to information security and meet customer expectations.

5.Response to Violations and Incidents

In the event of a violation of laws, regulations, rules, or contractual obligations related to information security or an accident, our company will take appropriate action to prevent recurrence of such an incident.

As part of our management activities, we have established an information security management system and the above "Information Security Policy" to improve customer trust.
